It is very environmentally sound and energy efficient. Requirement (or non-requirement) of Wet Signatures

A few members have expressed confusion over the requirement (or non-requirement) of Wet Signatures on plans, specifications, instruments of service, etc. The state of California does not require them. For further proof of that, check out the letter current President, Michael Malinowski, AIA received from the California Architects Board: http://www.aiacc.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/wetsignature-not-required-letter.pdf
