Free FHCCC seminar

FREE Design & Construction training in Visalia, CA. on 11/15/2016.

The event is sponsored by the Fair Housing Council of Central California.

The training will focus on the design and construction aspects of the Fair Housing Act.

It will be of particular interest to developers, builders, architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, property managers, general contractors, accessibility organizations, disability rights advocates, testers, building code officials and government agencies.


Our presenter will be Doug Anderson, CASp, R.A.S.; a partner at LCM Architects and former chair of the U.S. Access Board. The following modules will be covered:

Module 10 – Design and Construction Requirements of the Fair Housing Act: Technical Overview

Module 6 – Strategies for Compliant Bathrooms

Module 7 – Accessible Routes


This training will provided AIA members with 6 hours of AIA approved CEU credits.

Training certificates will be provided FREE to anyone who requests them.
