Reporting to our VP/Principal, we’re looking for someone with strong planning and organizational skills who can help lead this market by overseeing and managing the activities of multiple senior housing projects.  This position will manage the client relationship, expectations and satisfaction, while effectively working with, and earning the respect of, our clients, internal team members, subcontractors and vendors.

We are looking for a successful project manager with experience in: project planning, project budgets and schedules, project reports and weekly budget review with team;  coordinating and reviewing workload through all phases of project development from pre-design through completion of construction administration; ensuring that the design and production documents meet all code specifications; coordinating project activities with activities of government regulatory or other agencies; preparing and implementing effective plans of action for resolving problem project issues; monitoring staffing needs and coordinating with clients’ staff and their internal customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Our office is 100% Revit, and while we prefer that candidates are able to be productive in the model (navigate, create views and schedules, measure and dimension), we’ll accept familiarity with Revit so as to effectively lead a team.  Experience with Project Management software is preferred.

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture is required, and 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with 5+ years significant skills and experience managing complex, medium-to-large multi-family/senior housing projects.

RLD is currently seeking a highly motivated Architect or skilled intermediate Architectural intern to assist with project design and construction document development for the types of developments listed below:
