Architecture Office Space for Lease

Esteemed colleague, and Emeritus member, Gene Zellmer’s former office space is available for lease.
This space has indirect lighting and would be ideal for working with computers. Most interior walls are glass. On the main surrounding walls the carpet extends to the ceiling over a 45° sloped ledge perfect for displaying models with related drawings directly above. It is very environmentally sound and energy efficient. It’s 10-feet below grade with full height glass walls looking into a below grade tropical greenhouse with 15’+ tall ferns.  Most interior offices have glass walls with angled views into greenhouse. It has lots of storage. The executive office has a high ceiling, overlooked from an private elevated L-shaped work area behind a low wall with a great view.
Amazing lease terms available for the right tenant.
1200 sq. ft.
located at Suite 007, 5477 North Fresno Street
It is entered from the south side of the office complex through a 100-foot long greenhouse. The roof is the first office building application of structural fabric in the world. As some may know, Gene did research in structural fabric at MIT 12-years before structural fabric was available.
